Acceleration Facilitator, Securing Water for Food Technical Assistance Facility funded by USAID - Washington, D.C.

iDE is recruiting an Acceleration Facilitator, who will work with 19 SWFF awardees and USAID to produce acceleration work plans that ensure awardees reach technical and financial milestones and achieve scale. iDE is dedicated to creating income and livelihood opportunities for poor rural households and has a long history of implementing water for food projects. iDE is partnering with Dexis, the prime contract holder, to implement the SWFF Technical Assistance Facility.

iLab - Phnom Pehn, Cambodia

inCompass is the first innovation lab of its kind in Asia, with a mission to bring the best practices in innovation to serve the poor. inCompass is a non-profit consulting practice within iDE, based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. iDE is an international non-government organization based in 13 countries. In Cambodia, iDE has reached 180,000 households with farming, business, water and sanitation solutions. Whether it’s a pump to better irrigate fields, or a market for affordable toilets, iDE improves income opportunities by developing markets and solutions. iDE’s success in applying HCD to create an affordable latrine led to a feature article in Fast Company, and presentations to Harvard, UNICEF, and the United Nations.



iLab: Senior Design Strategist

You will be a Senior Design Strategist based in our lab in Phnom Penh starting immediately. You will play a key role in our projects, designing life-enhancing solutions for the rural poor. You will work with our lab’s team to conduct user research, identify human insights, set design directions, generate ideas for new user experiences, develop low and high resolution prototypes, and glean user input to optimize designs. This is an opportunity to work on real-world problems alongside a close-knit, diverse, and top-calibre team. You’ll wear many hats. Communications Intern

The Communications Department is responsible for all external communications, including website content, award applications, capability statements, other marketing materials, blogs, press releases and more. It also disseminates project information to other departments. iDE is seeking a qualified, capable and hard-working individual to work at the headquarters office in the Posner Center for International Development in Denver, Colorado. This individual will support the Communications team, but some flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the organization as a whole.

Business Development Intern

iDE is seeking a qualified, capable and hard-working individual to support the Business Development team, which leads program development for our 11 country programs. The intern will research funding opportunities, support proposal development, support knowledge management, and be a key team member of our Business Development team. This is a great entry-level position for individuals interested in entering the field of international development and will provide an opportunity to build skills in proposal writing, budgeting, Salesforce, and donor communications.
