Country Director - iDE Bangladesh - Dhaka
iDE is looking for a Country Director to lead its programs in Bangladesh. iDE Bangladesh is based in Dhaka and includes a team of 140 Bangladeshi and expatriate staff. There are 12 current projects with an annual budget of USD 2.7 million. The country director is responsible for all aspects of program activity in Bangladesh, including overall resource generation (new business) for Bangladesh programs; financial management and accountability; project management and accountability to individual donors; public identity in Bangladesh; country program planning, implementation, and performance review; and staff management and development. The successful candidate will possess an advanced degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five years experience in developing countries and five years managerial experience.
