Kevin Andrezejewski, Global Supply Chain Manager |

Kevin joined iDE in January 2012 to head the organization's Global Supply initiative. He has over 8 years of experience in international Supply Chain Management, including product sourcing, logistics, procurement, and inventory management. He also has firsthand experience building socially responsible businesses and nonprofit programs in developing countries including Cameroon, Kenya, India and the Philippines. Along with a B.A. in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University he recently completed the Global Social and Sustainable MBA program at Colorado State University. |

Kebede started an iDE pilot project in Ethiopia in March 2005 and helped it grow to a full-fledged country program with legal registration in July 2007. Kebede has 23 years of work experience with government, non-government, and bilateral organizations in different capacities (grass-roots practitioner, trainer, planning officer and manager). He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sociology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Water Supply and Sanitation, and a Masters Degree in Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development. |

Stephanie oversees iDE's Africa operations in Ghana, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Zambia and Mozambique. She has been with IDE for more than 10 years, including a three-year assignment as Deputy Director based in Nepal. From 2007-2010, she managed the Rural Prosperity Initiative, a $20 million multi-country technology development and value chain program. Stephanie has technical expertise in developing and managing agriculture, irrigation and livelihood programs from a market-based perspective. She began her career as a journalist and was the recipient of an International Association of Business Communicators' Award while Editor-in-Chief at the Council of State Governments. She holds a Master's Degree in International Development from the University of Denver's Josef Korbel School of International Studies, as well as a B.A. in Literature from George Mason University. |

Prior to joining iDE in August 2011, Abdi worked for the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants as a Senior Accountant for over 7 years. She was also with USAID – Ethiopia and Commercial Bank of Ethiopia in various accounting and finance roles. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with BA in Accounting from Addis Ababa University and an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University, USA. |

Urs has worked with iDE since 1987 when he was country director for SDC (Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation) in Bangladesh and then in India. He is an economist and is coordinating the Latin American program and acts as liaison person to SDC and partners in Switzerland. |

Based in Denver, CO, Jennifer has been with iDE since Fall 2009 and joined as a permanent employee in January of 2010. Prior to joining IDE, Jennifer was the Accounting Manager for ResortQuest in Aspen, CO and spent 14 years at Universal Forest Products, Inc, a company based out of Grand Rapids, MI, where her last position held was Senior Corporate Accountant. Jennifer is a graduate of Davenport University in Grand Rapids, MI, with a B.A. in Accounting. |

Cordell Jacks has over 13 years of experience in consulting, launch of new ventures, and developing market initiatives. After he received his degree in business from the University of Manitoba he worked as a consultant in financial services and project management, managed social investment funds and assisted in the creation of a family-owned business. For the past 11 years, he has owned and operated his own consultancy firm specializing in project management, community economic development programs, educational curriculum development, publishing and international development. For the past three years he has managed iDE Cambodia's global water, sanitation and hygiene (WaSH) programs. |

Leslie has worked with iDE since 2010, supporting the product and service offering. She studied Product Design engineering at Stanford, spending the subsequent 5 years developing consumer products in Pune India and the Silicon Valley. She shifted focus to entrepreneurship after obtaining an MBA at the Wharton School, advising small business owners in several continents, before joining with Deere & Company. At Deere she served in a variety of project management and strategic planning capacities. |

Annmarie brings over two decades of business experience spanning finance, strategy, marketing, partnerships and operations. She started her career with Deloitte as a certified public accountant (CPA) and then transitioned into leadership roles in the firm's consulting practice. Following Deloitte, she was VP/SVP at growth stage companies serving international markets and led teams in expanding customer reach, scaling effectively and implementing accountability metrics. In 2006, she founded a successful consulting practice serving entrepreneurial and Fortune Global 50 companies as well as government agencies. She has an MBA in social enterprise and joined iDE in 2012. |

Marco Machado joined iDE in June 2011, bringing 21 years of experience as a Project Manager in several business sectors ranging from agriculture, agro industries and building materials to tourism and capacity building programs. In Mozambique, he developed strategic and action plans at the sector, provincial and development program levels; business plans and value-chain analysis. He provided technical assistance to the agribusiness sector, working with donors such as the European Union, Development Bank of South Africa, World Bank, Dutch, Italian, French and Portuguese Cooperation. While in Cape Verde, he took part in a study to identify the country's investment opportunities, being responsible for the Macro-economic characterization and diagnosis, the conception of the Strategic Plan for the industrial sector, and for three pilot projects designed to attract international investment and support. |
Bruce McCrae, VP, Asia |

Bruce McCrae oversees iDE's programs in Nepal, Bangladesh, Cambodia and Vietnam, and also coordinates iDE's support systems for human resources, information/communication technology and legal matters. Bruce began his career with a decade as an international business attorney with the firm Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly. Since then he has been involved in the international development world in both field and headquarters roles. Bruce is a U.S. national and has lived for a total of 16 years in Germany, D.R. Congo, Belgium, and Vietnam. He is a graduate of Yale University and the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall). |

Blake joined iDE in June 2009 as an intern and has since continued his involvement, working in both the Denver headquarters and as a volunteer with iDE Honduras. He is currently the New Business Development Coordinator, based in Denver, CO. He has both his B.A. and M.A. in International Relations from the University of Denver's Josef Korbel School of International Studies. |
Bob Nanes, Country Director, Ghana |

Bob has been with iDE for more than twenty years, during which time he has served as Director of Training, Nepal Country Director, India Country Director, and Bangladesh Country Director. He has been Country Director in Ghana since July 2009. Prior to working with iDE, Bob started and ran an irrigation contracting business and a food marketing business and worked for several years on a 4,000 acre dry land farm. He is a graduate of Cornell University with a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering. |

Mr. Quang has been with iDE for 12 years, playing a key role in IDE's rural marketing and local private sector supply chain development, along with his managerial responsibilities for programs in Vietnam. Quang's background is in engineering, with a Master's Degree in Chemistry from Russia and an M.B.A. from the USA. |

She currently works as the New Business Development and Technology Group Coordinator, based in Denver, CO. Sarah earned her BA in International Relations from Roanoke College and her MA in International Development from the University of Denver's Josef Korbel School of International Studies. |

Rajiv has more than 18 years of experience working with the private and the development sector. After managing an export company for 8 years, Rajiv teamed up with some like-minded people and started a socially responsible investment company in Nepal with the idea of catalyzing social and economic development through the private sector. He initiated the Enterprise Development Network (www.edn.org.np) and the Socially Responsible Business Development Network (www.srbdn.org.np) in Nepal. Rajiv moved to Bangladesh in 2006 while heading the Business Environment Division of the Katalyst project. In 2008 he became the Director, Industry and Rural, Sectors Group, where he headed a team responsible for the growth of the fish, shrimp, furniture, and seed value chain sectors. He has served as Secretary, Floriculture Association Nepal and also the Chair, Market Development Forum in Bangladesh. He is also an Accredited Member of Partnership Brokers Accredited Scheme (PBAS)/International Business Leaders Forum. |

Most recently, Mr. Prewitt acted as Managing Director for Chemonics International in Nigeria. Prior to that he was Chemonics' Director for Asia and Europe/Eurasia Divisions and head of the Private Sector Practice stationed in Washington, D.C. Mr. Prewitt has worked in more than 15 countries in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, for the Soros Foundation, UNESCO European Center for Higher Education, the New American School Development Corporation, as well as for private equity investors in China. |

Duncan Rhind is Country Director of iDE Zambia. Zambian-born and with a background in smallholder agriculture, Duncan joined iDE in 2011. Duncan has worked in the field of international development for all his career; initially this was within crop protection and pest management and in this capacity worked extensively in Africa and Asia, working long term in Somalia, Egypt, Sudan and Mali. Much of this was spent introducing new technologies into smallholder agriculture and he worked for nine years on successive jobs introducing novel, low water volume application technologies into smallholder agriculture as part of integrated pest management systems for more efficient and safer application of pesticides. For the past 10 years Duncan has been Business Development Director of Harewelle International, a UK-based consulting company working in development aid and for the past three years was also Managing Director of Harewelle's Zambian subsidiary, PMTC (Zambia). Duncan has a BSc in Applied Biology from University of Bath, an MSc in Insect Pest Management from the University of Southampton and an MBA from the Open University in the UK. |

Michael Roberts has been with iDE since 2000 and has been Country Director of iDE Cambodia since 2002. Michael has twenty years of professional experience in water resources engineering and management of international development programs. Specific areas of expertise include private-sector development, small-scale irrigation, drinking water supply, and sanitation. International work has emphasized the integration of engineering, social, and economic considerations. Michael has a Master of Science degree in water resources engineering. |
Andrew Romanoff, Senior Advisor |

Andrew Romanoff joined iDE as a Senior Advisor in 2010. He won election to four terms in the Colorado House of Representatives, including two terms as Speaker of the House. Romanoff earned national acclaim as one of the most effective legislative leaders in America. His work was honored by more than 50 state and national organizations, including Governing Magazine, which named him in 2008 as a Public Official of the Year. Romanoff has taught in Colorado and in Central America, worked in Nigeria for the National Democratic Institute, and served as a Scholar in Residence at the University of Colorado's School of Public Affairs. Romanoff earned a Bachelor's degree with honors from Yale, a Master's in public policy from Harvard, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver. |

Prior to joining iDE in 2010, Elizabeth spent seven years working in the international development field in a variety of roles, including project administration, new business development, and business intelligence. She also has two years of experience with geographic information systems (GIS). She is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Denver. |

Gayle has been in this position, based in Denver, CO, since 2005. Gayle has previously been the Finance Director for the Jared Polis Foundation and the Association of Brewers. Laurent Stravato joined iDE in March 2011 as West Africa Regional Coordinator (Burkina Faso, Mali, Chad, Niger). He was previously Coordinator of the Water Quality program at FAO and Project Coordinator (Water and Sanitation) at IFAD. He has worked for a water consulting firm in Italy (SGI Studio Galli Ingenieria) and the International Water and Sanitation Centre (The Netherlands). He has also experiences with local NGOs/CBOs in Africa, Asia and Central America. His areas of expertise are in the fields of rural water supply and productive sanitation, water for food (wastewater reuse, micro irrigation), institutional development, and management of projects. He holds a Master of Geography specializing in planning and land use at the Institute of Alpine Geography in Grenoble (France) and a MA in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague (The Netherlands). |

Stu holds a Master's degree in epidemiology from the University of Ottawa, where he developed a keen interest in international health. From 1998 to 2003 he worked with the Canadian Foodgrains Bank as the program analyst, with a focus on the nutritional impact of food aid and food security projects. With his family, he moved to Zambia in 2004 to serve as a volunteer with the Mennonite Central Committee. They returned to Canada in 2006, at which point he took over as Executive Director of iDE Canada. He remained in that position until 2010, when he assumed his current role. |
Carlos Urmeneta, Country Director, Honduras |

Prior to joining iDE in 2009, Carlos spent five years as Supply Chain Improvement Desk in Honduras for Ecom Coffee (Sogimex, SA); was a founding member of local NGO, Alianza para la Sostenibilidad (APS); and was a recipient of the Sustainability Award from Specialty Coffee Association of the Americas (SCAA). While with Ecom, Carlos collaborated with iDE to promote low-cost supplementary drip irrigation for specialty coffees. He also served as a trainee for Ecom's Agroindustrial oilseed operation in Paraguay and Brazil in 2003. Carlos holds a degree in Global Business from the University of Mobile in Alabama. |

Michelle joined iDE in 2007 and has enjoyed many administrative challenges over the past four years. Her passion for the rural poor and HIV/AIDS orphans in Africa began in 2003, which has led to multiple trips to Kenya and to her position with iDE. |
Ryan Weber, Water Resources Engineer |

Ryan started working with iDE in 2009 as a GIS volunteer in Ethiopia and continued as a consultant in Ethiopia and Myanmar, primarily focusing on manual well drilling, low cost irrigation methods, low pressure drip systems, and small engine pump implementation. He is currently based in Denver, CO as an irrigation and water resource specialist. Prior to iDE, Ryan worked as an engineer for the East Columbia Irrigation District which provides irrigation water to nearly 700,000 acres of land. Ryan holds a B.S. degree in Biological Engineering and an M.S. degree in Irrigation Engineering from Utah State University. |
